What training and qualifications are included in the Development Program?

The training and qualifications provided by Grayce will vary depending on whether you want to specialize in Business Solutions or Digital Solutions. In both programs, you’ll receive training in soft skills, including Leadership and Management, Communicating Change, and Stakeholder Management.

On top of this…

Our Business Solutions Development Program is designed to give you a strong foundation in change management disciplines. BCS Business Analysis and APMG AgilePM Foundation are just two examples of the core certifications we offer that equip you with the knowledge to succeed in any role across the Project Management lifecycle.

Our Digital Solutions Development Program is designed to provide a solid foundation in Data Analysis, Software Development, or Information Security. In this program, you’ll complete the APMG AgilePM Foundation to ensure you have well-rounded commercial knowledge. You’ll also receive training in key data analysis programming languages, SQL and Python, as well as popular visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.

In addition to the core training mentioned above, we empower you to take charge of your own development. In years two and three of the Development Program, you’ll gain access to a flexible training budget that you can use for certifications of your choice. With personalized advice and mentoring, we’ll help ensure you select qualifications that support your future career goals.
