The AI Lab is embedded in all Grayce Development Pathways, and we are committed to training all Analysts on the development programme, covering generative AI, automation, data science, and governance & ethics.

On completion of the AI Fundamentals training in the following areas, Analysts will:

Be able to identify high-value business areas benefitting from Generative AI
Be well-versed in best practice uses of Generative AI
Have practical experience of key platforms like MS Copilot
Be confident prompt engineers
Understand concepts underpinning large language models

Automation

Be able to identify high-value business areas benefitting from Automation
Have knowledge of the most popular Automation and RPA platforms
Have practical experience in different types of Automation
Have practical experience of Testing Automation
Have knowledge of common CI

Data Science

Be able to identify high-value business areas benefitting from Data Science
Have knowledge of common types of Data Analysis
Have knowledge of Machine Learning and natural language processing
Be introduced to popular Data Science platforms
Understand the drawbacks of Machine Learning

Governance and Ethics

Be fluent in the ethical use of AI
Be able to talk to the processes and policies to support AI
Be introduced to popular tools like Collibra
Have an understanding of the DAMA Framework
Understand GDPR-compliant AI use
