I have a first class degree in BSc Computer Science from Aston University. During my studies, I also completed a placement year at GE Aviation. During my placement, I worked as a Digital Intern, turning paper processes into digital tools, and working on improving turnaround time onsite of engine repairs.
On my most recent project, I was supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) by running batches of code in production-simulated environments. When fully tested, I standardised the code and deployed the code into acceptance for IBM to promote it live in production for a leading high street bank.
My future career ambition is to manage my own technical team, and by doing so I would like to broaden my own technical knowledge. I am currently studying for my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and after having done a skills gap analysis on myself, I would like to pursue a certification in Cybersecurity as it is applicable in every business setting.
