Grayce x Gate One
Leading business transformation consultancy, Gate One partnered with Grayce to supplement their existing graduate intake with diverse data talent, allowing them to take on more projects from their clients.
The Challenge
Gate One was struggling to attract and retain diverse graduate talent. Where they were bringing in graduates, senior capacity often had to be redirected away from client delivery to support graduate development.
Two of Gate One’s flagship clients required support to deliver data-focused projects. Gate One came to Grayce looking for a ‘light-touch’ way to build their data capabilities through our Data+ solution.
The Solution
Grayce delivered a blended cohort with the data skills Gate One needed, from Consultant-level talent down to Support Analysts. By delivering the right talent, with the right skills, Gate One was quickly able to take on several data projects to support their clients.
Some of the projects Grayce Analysts have supported include:
- Implementation of new metrics and KPIs to one of the UK’s largest employee dashboards.
- Implementation of new metrics and KPIs to dashboards in Tableau and Alteryx to empower the client to make positive business decisions.
- Building a new assumptive demand planning model to enable more accurate budgeting.
- Supporting a Gate One project team in calculating the amount of Plastic Packaging Tax the client owed to HMRC.
The Result
Over 25 Grayce Analysts have now joined Gate One’s teams across change, transformation and data. Gate One is also beginning to transfer some of these Analysts to their permanent headcount, building their long-term capability. Equally, Gate One has benefited from our flexible resourcing model, enabling it to flex its partnership up and down throughout the year in line with client demand.
