A proven consultancy partner since 2019, Grayce was appointed to provide support to the Company Secretary division. Together, the client and Grayce identified where our solution could accelerate the documentation and policy review activity to support the new entity formulation. Â
Grayce provided a team of 5 Analysts who supported different aspects of policy and document review covering creation of new documents, making sure information and policies were fit for purpose, understanding processes for the new entity, and enabling information to be transferred. Â
