What is the Grayce graduate Development Programme?

The Grayce Development Programme is a three-year graduate scheme designed to give you the technical tools, qualifications and client experience to become a successful change professional. During the Programme, you get professional support and accredited qualifications from Grayce whilst gaining hands-on experience at leading organisations across the UK.

What will you be working on?

Grayce Analysts work directly with our clients to help deliver their business change initiatives. Our clients span retail, healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, insurance, legal services, technology services – and much more.

As a Grayce Analyst you’ll be helping clients to deliver their change and transformation programmes. You could be working across business analysis, project management or data analysis. Typical roles our Analysts undertake include Project Manager, Project Controller, Data Analyst, PMO, Business Analyst and Innovation Analyst.

Qualifications

Grayce fund a range of accredited qualifications, from BCS Business Analysis to Agile PM Practitioner to give you a strong foundation change management. You also have 24/7 access to self-guided study on LinkedIn Learning. In years 2 and 3 of the Development Programme, you can choose your own qualifications suited to your long term career aspirations.

Professional support

Every Analyst is paired with a Delivery Manager. With a wealth of consultancy and people development experience, Delivery Managers guide you to success on client site and beyond. From settling into your first client role to planning out your career after Grayce, your Delivery Manager is there to support you.
