At Grayce, we’re proud to share a significant milestone in our sustainability journey: we have achieved ISO 14001 certification, a globally recognised standard for environmental management systems.
This certification builds on our approved SBTi emission reduction targets and forms part of our ESG strategy and roadmap, aimed at reducing our carbon footprint. It is a reflection of our dedication to minimising our environmental impact, complying with all relevant regulations, and continuously improving our sustainability practices. ISO 14001 provides a structured framework that helps organisations like ours manage environmental responsibilities in a systematic and proactive way.

At Grayce, sustainability isn’t just a policy, it’s a shared purpose. Members of our HQ and Analysts make up our ESG Team, who come together to drive forward greener practices and embed environmental consciousness into our operations. As an organisation, we are proudly working towards our emission reduction targets in alignment with the Paris Agreement which aims to limit global warming to 1.5°C.

Our ESG initiatives are predominantly being led by our Gen Z workforce: a generation widely recognised as one of the most environmentally conscious in history. Grayce’s research found that 60% of Gen Z placed importance on a company’s commitment to sustainability when choosing an employer. A recent study by Co-operatives UK showed that 42% have considered leaving a job due to a lack of social or environmental purpose, and nearly half (47%) want to feel proud of the company they work for.
