The Financial Times Best Employers UK 2025 list is compiled based on an independent survey of employees across various industries. All companies with 250+ employees were eligible, with only 500 making the final list. The survey considers factors such as employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and opportunities for career growth.

In order to deliver excellence for our clients, our Analysts and HQ team must feel fully supported at Grayce. We are experts in what Gen Z look for in an employer, enabling us to set high standards within the change consulting sector. Grayce was recognised for;

  • Employee Satisfaction: Wellbeing and professional development are at the heart of Grayce. Our team have access to a network of peers, industry experts and coaches to support their professional life, alongside wellbeing platforms and tools. Excelling in your early career can be challenging, so all Analysts have a dedicated Delivery Manager as a regular touchpoint.
  • Workplace Culture: We are dedicated to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Alongside delivering excellence for clients, our Analyst and HQ community drive initiatives that foster collaboration and innovation, from CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) collaborations to supporting our company efforts to hit carbon reduction targets.
  • Career Growth: At our foundation, we support people to advance their careers through our continuous learning and development programme, empowering our team to reach their full potential.

"We are honoured to be named one of the Financial Times Best Employers UK 2025," said Nicola May, Chief People Officer. "We strive to make Grayce a great place to work. Foundationally, we are continuously improving our Development Programme, but beyond this, our community comes together across a range of initiatives, from wellbeing and charity to sustainability and DE&I.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We continue to invest in our people and create an environment where everyone can thrive."
