Grayce announces Salesforce Partner status

We’re delighted to announce that Grayce is now an official Salesforce Partner, working to develop emerging talent with specific Salesforce skills so our clients can develop talent in-house, avoiding the skills gap of new professionals that is driving up the cost of Salesforce resource and capability.

The esteemed Salesforce Partner Program enables partners to build and grow successful businesses while delivering customer success. We're excited to be able to offer these services to our existing customers and start relationships with new organisations in need of these skills too.

Our Strategic Growth Director, Giles Reid, says ‘As the world’s leading CRM, Salesforce is a widely used and recognisable SaaS. Further adoption of Salesforce and its myriad tools are helping organisations work more effectively and drive profitability. This increased use has highlighted a very real skills gap in the market, with organisations unable to access flexible and capable talent. The scarcity of talent means that those with the skills come at an unsustainable cost to the end customer. We're already working with a number of customers to help them build capability in Salesforce.'

Grayce is ensuring that emerging talent builds key skills in Change, Data and Tech to create a sustainable workforce of the future and now they can also undertake accredited Salesforce training too.

We're collaborating strategically with Salesforce’s Talent Alliance team to highlight the importance of Diversity and Inclusion and create this talent within the Salesforce ecosystem. We will even be hosting a D&I webinar in August on Salesforce’s LinkedIn Live, we hope you can join us there!

We’re excited to be able to offer more choices to our clients and give great opportunities to young people through all of our Development Programmes.
