Grayce announce significant investment into its business

Welcome to an exciting new chapter in the Grayce story

Today we announce a significant investment from Literacy Capital to accelerate Grayce’s growth plans and to continue the development of the next generation of change leaders.

Founded and chaired by Paul Pindar, formerly CEO of Capita, Literacy Capital is focused on supporting and growing high-potential businesses.

In the past year, Grayce has seen record levels of interest in their services nationwide, and the Grayce Development Programme continues to be the preferred scheme of choice for hundreds of graduates.

The development sees Literacy Capital strengthening the management team and Board. Peter Busby will remain as CEO, joining him will be:

  • Mark Wyllie as Non-Executive Chairman. Mark is the Founder of Retearn Group, and formerly of Executive Director of Capita’s IT Services and Consulting Division and Board member of HCL Axon.
  • Chris Sellers joins as Non-Executive Director. Chris was formerly the Group Business Development Director at Capita and a member of the plc Board.
