Becs joins Grayce bringing over 20 years’ experience in workforce solutions with the last nine years in the Hire-Train-Deploy sector specifically, having held leadership roles at Harvey Nash, Wiley Edge, mthree, Bright Network, and GTI. Her deep understanding and passion in creating opportunities for early talent makes her a perfect fit for Grayce’s mission.
Under Becs’ leadership, Grayce will continue to champion inclusive pathways into industry for graduates, helping organisations build resilient workforces and sustainable transformation capability. As Grayce continues to grow across UK commercial, public sector, and US markets, Becs will lead the business into its next phase of strategic expansion, including the implementation of a forward-thinking AI strategy.
