For the past nine years, she has focused her expertise on early careers and Hire-Train-Deploy models, helping organisations build future-ready talent pipelines. A passionate advocate for diversity and equal access to opportunity, Becs has consistently championed inclusive hiring practices and equitable career pathways. Her leadership style is defined by purpose, innovation, and a deep commitment to people development. Becs has joined Grayce as CEO at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. She is leading the business through an exciting phase of growth across the UK commercial, public sector and US markets. Under her leadership, Grayce is also investing in AI and innovation to shape the future of talent delivery.

Claire is our Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for all things ‘finance’ including the operational and financial strategy of the business. Claire is also responsible for our Commercial and IT functions at Grayce. Claire’s experience in financial leadership roles spans several sectors over the last 20 years including financial services, commodities, health services, and more recently software services, having spent 5 years with Civica as part of the SLT for their Central Government vertical.

Miranda joined Grayce in 2015 as a Delivery Manager. Since then she has gone on to become a Client Partner, then Head of Region and later Regional Director for the South of England. Today, her role is to ensure the strategic development of our Service Delivery team, ensuring we maintain the level of service Grayce is known for. Miranda is also responsible for our delivery and mentoring model, the framework that ensures high-quality performance for all Analysts on-site. Miranda has senior experience working in HR roles across financial services and education industries.

Melissa is responsible for our US growth and operations as we expand and bring the Grayce solution to new markets. Melissa has worked with Grayce in a number of capacities, including Transformation Director and Chief Customer Officer, supporting clients and has experience delivering multi-million pound change programmes for a global pharmaceutical company.

Paul leads our Public Sector practice as Managing Director. He has spent 25 years working with Public Sector organisations undergoing change and transformation—from software replacements and consolidation to outsourced partnerships. Before joining Grayce, Paul held senior executive roles, including Executive Director, Business Development at Civica, and senior roles at Capita Group and Northgate (now NEC Public Sector). In these roles, Paul built pragmatic relationships with key bodies influencing policy and best practices, especially in Local Government and Social Housing sectors. He is committed to supporting innovation in technology adoption and new working practices to aid the Public Sector in its mission to support citizens.

Nicola is our Chief People Officer and is responsible for HR, Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, and Business Optimisation. With a strong background in HR leadership, Nicola brings her expertise to maintain Grayce’s high standards in continuous development and excellence. Peter founded Grayce in 2012 and was CEO until 2020. He is a successful entrepreneur and active investor in high potential organisations. Previously Peter trained as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers and Lybrand before joining Andersen Consulting as a management consultant. He formed management consultancy Xayce with colleagues in 1997.

Paul is Chairman of Literacy Capital, which he co-founded in 2017 having raised £54 million of capital from investors. He was a founder of Capita and CEO until his retirement in 2014. Since then, he has been a Chairman and investor in a number of businesses.

Richard is Chief Executive Officer of Literacy Capital, which he co-founded with Paul in 2017. His background spans investing, private equity, and associated consultancy, having worked for Lonsdale Capital Partners as an Associate, and KPMG in a lead advisory role.

Jeff is our Executive Chair and a member of the board. Jeff has spent over 25 years in the technology sector, working for HSBC bank originally, but spending most of his career at Civica delivering technology solutions to the public sector and helping to improve citizens' lives. Jeff is passionate about career development, having sponsored the apprentice scheme at Civica since its inception, and is a great believer in nurturing and growing talent to contribute to the future of society. Jeff has successfully grown Civica from 400 people to 6000 in his tenure.
