Grayce welcomes new National Delivery Manager

We are delighted to welcome Melissa Burke to the Grayce Team as a National Delivery Manager.

Melissa recently graduated from our Development Programme. We are impressed with the scale of her experience and leadership skills that she has demonstrated over her time working with clients.

Melissa says: "I'm delighted to be transitioning from a Project Analyst into a National Delivery Manager role with Grayce. I will be bringing into my new role a wealth of experience in business analysis, PMO, project and change management.  Over the past few years, I've developed a real passion for business change, managing large multi-million pound projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams from engineering, IT, construction, automation, quality assurance and operations. Throughout this time, I have delivered new system implementations, site wide training and development processes, best practice documentation and innovative pharmaceutical cutting equipment.

I'll be looking to leverage my own experiences of the programme to contribute to continued process improvements and the growth of the programme offered to Analysts.

It's fantastic that I can continue to work with the driven, inspiring and ambitious Analyst population we have at Grayce, and I'm very much looking forward to getting stuck in to my new role."
