
Grayce Launches Inaugural ESG Impact Report, Showcasing Bold Progress and Future Commitments – 2025

Grayce is proud to announce the launch of its first-ever ESG Impact Report, marking a major milestone in the company’s commitment as a more sustainable, inclusive, and responsible business.
Grayce Performance and Development Director, Gemma Collins shared, “This report reflects our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement. It’s a celebration of the positive impact we’ve made in 2024 and a clear roadmap for our ambitions in 2025 and beyond”.
Key Highlights from the Report
Environmental Leadership
- Grayce is now aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), with verified emissions reduction targets in place.
- We have achieved ISO 14001 certification achieved through a robust Environmental Management System.
- 47% reduction in overall greenhouse gas emissions year-on-year, including a 96% drop in Scope 1 emissions.
Social Impact
Grayce’s social strategy is rooted in equity, development, and community engagement:
- Training & Development: Employees completed 753 hours of facilitated training, 11,720 hours of online learning, and earned 386 industry-recognised qualifications over the past year.
- Career Progression: 293 employees promoted, 73 Analysts transitioned into permanent client roles, and 44% of employees are first-generation university graduates.
- Mental Health & Wellbeing: Six certified Mental Health First Aiders and a new Employee Assistance Programme were introduced to support Analysts and HQ team members alike.
- EDI & Community Engagement:
- Six Community Groups delivered 28 community events focused on neurodiversity, gender equality, and mental health.
- Grayce was recognised by the Financial Times as a Best Employer, reflecting its inclusive culture and employee satisfaction.
- The “EveryOneEmpowered” team continues to champion equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across the business.
Governance Excellence
- ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 certifications maintained and expanded.
- 100% completion of mandatory compliance training (15,219 hours).
- EcoVadis Bronze Award earned for ethical and sustainable business practices.
Charity & CSR
- Supported four charity partnerships: Bookmark, Contact, Shelter from the Storm, and Coffee for Craig.
- Raised over £6k through fundraising efforts.
- Delivered over 100 hours of pro bono consulting to accelerate digital transformation for our partner charities.
