Grayce becomes a Salesforce Graduate Workforce Development Partner

Following our recent announcement that Grayce is an official Salesforce Consulting Partner, we’re delighted to follow up by sharing that we are now also a Salesforce Talent Alliance EMEA Workforce Development Partner.

The Salesforce Talent Alliance encourages organisations to bring new, diverse talent into the ecosystem by committing to a series of inclusive hiring practices, including a pledge that 20% of annual hires will be new Salesforce professionals.

Salesforce’s Talent Alliance Team have strategically partnered with us specifically to bring more young, diverse talent to its members. Grayce’s partnership allows us to help Talent Alliance members fulfil their hiring pledges, whilst providing today’s generation of young people with exceptional career opportunities at FTSE100 and 250 organisations.

Our Strategic Growth Lead and Salesforce Partner Manager, Laura Clarke says “We’ve made massive strides in the Salesforce ecosystem in such a short amount of time that it really illustrates the long-term impact that Grayce can and will have in the Salesforce community. By having a partnership with the Talent Alliance team, we can actively help all alliance members give opportunities to young diverse talent which fits perfectly within Grayce’s core values and goals, spearheading the careers of future leaders, today."

Our Workforce Development Partnership is a recognition of the industry-leading training Grayce Analysts receive on our dedicated Salesforce Development Programme. Alongside our traditional Change+ training and mobilisation, all of our Analysts complete a 6-week trailhead virtual bootcamp, equipping them with the combination of technical and social training that they need to deliver excellence from day one.

Grayce Analyst, Ryan Flanagan says “Completing the course alongside the Grayce Change+ development programme has given me the capability to facilitate workshops to determine Salesforce requirements on a case by case basis, but also understand the implications of Salesforce setup. I would now, for example, feel confident engaging the client’s architecture council, security and privacy teams to ensure compliance of the solution to organisational policies, directives and guidelines.”

We're excited to see the impact we can have on emerging talent and leading organisations, in partnership with Salesforce.
