Chris Sellers

Executive Chair

Chris is the Executive Chair at Grayce supporting our business development strategy and ambitious growth plans. Chris has an impressive track record in helping businesses grow. As Non-Executive Director of Literacy Capital, Chris makes sure that Grayce is growing in a sustainable way that meets shareholder expectations.

Paul Jezzard


Paul is our Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for all things ‘finance’ including the operational and financial strategy of the business. Paul is also responsible for our Commercial, IT and HR functions at Grayce.

Paul has a wealth of experience across recruitment and consultancy sectors having spent the last 15 years operating in various board roles, providing financial leadership for organic and acquisition-led growth. Paul previously led a Management Buy-out (MBO) through private equity funding from Capita PLC in 2017.

Peter Busby

Non-Executive Director

Peter founded Grayce in 2012 and was CEO until 2020. He is a successful entrepreneur and active investor in high potential organisations. Previously Peter trained as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers and Lybrand before joining Andersen Consulting as a management consultant. He formed management consultancy Xayce with colleagues in 1997.

Ritu Mohanka

Non-Executive Director

Ritu is a recognised and award-winning leader with a specialism in HR Tech and Human Capital solutions and has an enviable track record of scaling businesses in a global setting. Ritu will be advising and supporting us on our growth journey as we help more organisations to harness the power of diverse, emerging talent.

Miranda Di Rosa

Chief Development Officer

Miranda joined Grayce in 2015 as a Delivery Manager. Since then she has gone on to become a Client Partner, then Head of Region and later Regional Director for the South of England. Today, her role is to ensure the strategic development of our Service Delivery team, ensuring we maintain the level of service Grayce is known for. Miranda is also responsible for our delivery and mentoring model, the framework that ensures high-quality performance for all Analysts on-site. Miranda has senior experience working in HR roles across financial services and education industries.

Dugald McIntosh

Director, Emerging Markets

Dugald has an extensive background in workforce strategy and talent attraction and is passionate about helping clients achieve their talent goals. Dugald also mentors emerging Worktech ventures within the Workplace Accelerator incubator and works with STEM Learning by helping them connect with employers. Joining Grayce as Director for Emerging Markets, Dugald is helping us to develop new opportunities for our Analysts and support clients in sectors such as Energy and Utilities as they look to build talent pipelines and enhance their skills.

Gemma Collins

People & Development Director

Gemma has full responsibility for the curation of the Development Programme and the HR function. Committed to people development, Gemma champions our values and community through her work. Her previous experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Business Change Manager at GE Capital and AJ Bell.

Melissa Burke

Chief Customer Officer

Melissa is primarily responsible for operational infrastructure, efficiency and scalability, supporting our continued expansion, M&A integration, operational compliance and MI reporting. Melissa has worked with Grayce in a number of capacities, supporting clients and has experience delivering multi-million pound change programmes for a global pharmaceutical company.

Helen Hanratty

Chief Marketing Officer

Helen has extensive marketing expertise and team leadership gained over 25 years across a range of organisations, including public and private sector, and is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is well equipped to build on Grayce’s achievements and is passionate about the value she can add to the Grayce community. Helen’s enthusiasm lays with developing high-performing teams, consistently adding value and quantifiable business growth.

Katherine Church

Tech+ Associate Director

Katherine is an experienced C-level Digital Executive with a clear vision and understanding of how digital can transform business outcomes. Katherine has over 25 years’ experience designing and executing digital transformation strategies, digital operating models, products, and solutions in companies of all types: from start-ups to global corporates across Financial Services, Utilities, Telcos and, more recently, the Health and Social Care sector and the NHS. She is passionate about working in a highly customer focused and results-driven way and advocates user centred design.

Daniel Sutherland

Client Portfolio Director

With nearly 15 years of experience, Daniel has an extensive background in providing workforce, programme delivery, and technology solutions across the Financial Services and Insurance sectors. Having joined Grayce in January 2020, after previously managing a £20m division and former Grayce client, Daniel is now focused on supporting our existing clients' capability and people strategies, creating new opportunities for Grayce's diverse, emerging talent.

Giles Reid

Strategic Growth Director

Giles started his career on BOC Gases’ graduate programme. Grayce's growth is his passion and has extensive experience working in high profile commercial roles at Capita and SAP. Giles is a trustee at West Horsley Place, a charity based in Surrey.

Doug Brown

Data+ Associate Director

Doug is a Chief Data Scientist and AI Guild Leader specialising in Data Analytics and AI. Doug has extensive experience as a Digital Transformation consultant at Big Four IT advisory firms and starts-ups. He has practical experience leading and delivering complex business change and large data projects/teams, successfully implementing award winning Data AI and Cloud Technology Digital Projects along with establishing multi-million pound consulting practices. Doug formerly held a variety of senior management and executive consultancy/programme roles at Capita, E&Y LLP, PwC LLP, IBM Global Services, Wipro Technologies, and Zurich Financial Services and has achieved ACII, MSc and MBA qualifications as well as lecturing at Cranfield University.

Doug’s an active member of market disruption boards and advisory bodies, such as being a participant on the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence, and a member of the CBI Artificial Intelligence Advisory Group. He is also author of several social media articles and co-author of the book, Data Alchemy: The Genesis of Business Value.

Jemma Pritchard-Smith

Client Portfolio Director

Jemma brings over 15 years experience to Grayce, across talent strategy and solutions, with over a decade dedicated to the Pharma and Life Science market. She believes the future lays in the hands of emerging talent, and Grayce’s Development Programme’s set them up for success, whilst also offering long term value to our partners. In her spare time Jemma works with the Career and Enterprise Company, to help schools develop strategies that help transition students into meaningful careers.

An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a track record of working in the management consulting industry, Jessica has a strategic and results-driven mindset and experience in resource planning, attracting, identifying and securing top talent. She values building meaningful, lasting relationships and is passionate about developing high-performing talent acquisition teams.

Daniel Bernard

Head of Commercial

With extensive experience within global commercial teams across a variety of organisations and sectors, Dan is responsible for managing the commercial, contractual and legal impacts of Grayce’s internal operations as well as our engagements with Clients, Suppliers and external advisors. By creating, implementing and managing robust governance processes as well as a balanced approach to risk, Dan, supports the team in achieving sustainable and profitable growth for the business.

Tom Clowes

Head of Technology

Bringing over 20 years experience in the IT industry, including engineering and management roles, Tom is improving Grayce’s technical architecture to support our continued expansion and shape technical aspects of our service lines. Previously, Tom was the Head of Service Delivery for award-winning, private Cloud Managed Service Provider and also Service Management Director for a global leader in IT professional resourcing, project services and managed services.

Sheetal Lakhani

Head of Delivery Management & Mentoring

Previously Sheetal project managed recruitment and training for the opening of new stores nationwide. Working closely with the Analysts on Grayce’s Development Programmes, Sheetal has a clear focus on the wellbeing of the Analysts she manages, as well as coaching them to develop strong communication and project management skills to help them excel in their careers.
