Grayce named on Financial Times list of Europe’s 1000 fastest-growing companies

Today, we are thrilled to announce that Grayce has made the Financial Times sixth annual list of Europe’s 1000 fastest-growing companies.

Created in partnership with Statista, all companies listed must have had a revenue of at least 1.5m euros in 2020, along with being headquartered in Europe. Grayce is featured on the list for the first time, ranking as the 8th fastest growing management consultancy in the UK

Our inclusion in this list recognises that Grayce has not only survived through the COVID-19 pandemic but thrived. Navigating changing demand, supply chain challenges and digital disruption has been a tall order for every business, so we are immensely proud of this achievement.

We’ve also seen continued growth since 2020 and have seen our revenues grow by 129% in the last two years. We’re kickstarting Analysts’ careers and have also increased the number of people we’re supporting; our intake of Analysts has increased by 95% alone and to date we’ve helped start the careers of over 2000 people.

Grayce CEO, Geoff Smith says: “It’s brilliant to have our growth recognised with inclusion on this prestigious list. The digital skills gap is a very real threat to organisations’ longevity. And Grayce’s ‘hyper-growth’ journey demonstrates the high demand for talent across change and transformation, data analysis and tech. We remain committed to our mission to close this skills gap for good, connecting driven, emerging professionals with leading organisations nationwide to deliver digital transformation.

The urgent need for digital skills across all industries, paired with the Gen Z’s hunger to make a meaningful impact through their careers, is a powerful combination that’s building capability nationwide and which Grayce is passionate about facilitating. Personally, I’m encouraged to see that organisations are starting to understand the power of digitally native, emerging talent and harnessing it as an essential part of their own growth strategies.

From the hardworking HQ Team that run our business operations, to the ambitious Analysts delivering excellent outcomes for our clients nationwide, we recognise that our continued growth is down to our talented people. Our people are the key to us achieving our aim to change the face of consulting, leading with purpose and developing future leaders. That’s why we’ve invested over £2m in two new collaboration hubs in London and Manchester and over £2m in training our growing Analyst community in data, tech and digital skills.”

Furthermore, Grayce believe it’s all about growing in the right way. Our values sit at the heart of everything we do. Our number one priority is caring for our people, championing diversity, and partnering with organisations that share our passion for emerging talent.

By being recognised on the FT 1000: Europe’s fastest-growing companies list, we hope to strengthen our reputation in the market as the leading emerging talent consultancy, developing leaders in change, data and tech for organisations nationwide.

We are hugely grateful to our HQ team, clients, partners and talented Analysts who continue to support us on this growth journey. Together, we continue to accelerate at pace, with our growth rate doubling in the last 12 months. As such, we expect to quickly rise through these rankings over the coming years. It’s onwards and upwards for Grayce!
