Bookmark Reading
Bookmark support children’s literacy. England has one of the lowest literacy rates in the developed world. Through Bookmark’s reading programme, children across the UK are being given the gift of literacy.
Contact Hostel
Contact provides accommodation and practical support for homeless teenage girls from the Manchester area. These girls may have experienced relationship breakdowns, domestic violence, forced marriage, threatened abduction as well as physical and emotional abuse.
Shelter From The Storm
Shelter from the Storm is a completely free emergency night shelter providing a bed, dinner, and breakfast every night of the year for people who are experiencing homelessness. They provide housing, employment, training, and well-being support.
