Over the last 10 years, Grayce has seen many breakthroughs and new chapters, including acquiring talent consultancy Doris in 2020, to becoming a climate positive business in October last year, and growing their revenue to almost £40 million.

New Collaboration Hubs in Manchester and London
In August 2022, Grayce announced the opening of their two new £2m+ collaborative workspaces in Manchester and London, along with a further £2m invested in evolving its training and development programmes. In a bid to futureproof the employability of young people by equipping them with the necessary skills needed in this digital-first era, Grayce expanded on its partnership programmes with the goal to improve digital inclusion and social mobility in tech.
Grayce’s collaboration hubs, along with the training investment, directly supported its rapidly growing analyst community in developing the most-in-demand skills across industries, in data, tech and digital. The workspaces were vital in building on the interpersonal and tech skills of young professionals and recent graduates, while promoting collaborative learning, through Grayce’s three dedicated Development Programmes – Change+, Data+ and Tech+.
Over the last 10 years, Grayce can proudly share they have discovered, developed and delivered 1700 Analysts to their clients and engaged with over 150 customers. Both Data+ and Tech+ were brand new programmes that were developed over the last decade in response to Grayce expanding their offerings in line with client demands. Grayce’s unique solution ensures their clients have access to high quality analysts, delivered through a flexible engagement model. To stay ahead of the competition and keep up with consumer needs, it has been proven with their clients that change, tech and data are all vital parts of growth for every business. Additionally, Grayce has also expanded on our number of internal initiatives, ensuring they are a diverse business with an inclusive mindset. Their initiative’s range from sustainability to EveryOneEmpowered, establishing a community for all backgrounds and passions.
Climate Positive Business
October 2022 saw Grayce delighted to announce that they were officially a Climate Positive Business through their partnership with a nature-based solutions provider. This means that the company purposely strive to remove more greenhouse gas emissions than they produce. The partnership connects Grayce to high-quality solutions that support their ESG goals, working not only to balance their footprint but also to protect biodiversity and local communities too. During their Thoughtfest in November 2021, Grayce pledged to make their business a greener and more sustainable one. By doing so, it gave Grayce great delight nine months later to announce their Climate Positive status.
Over the last 10 years, Grayce has always believed it’s all about growing in the right way. Their values sit at the heart of everything they do. It has always been a clear priority for Grayce to care for their people, champion diversity, and partner with organisations that share their passion for emerging talent.
