Grayce announces partnership with CSRN

Grayce and CSRN announce partnership to help drive social impact projects across the globe

Grayce is delighted to announce a special partnership with CSRN, a global consultancy focused on launching and delivering social impact projects.

The COVID-19 Student Response Network was founded last year and is the UK’s largest student-led response to the global pandemic. CSRN was designed to bring together established student consultancies from across the UK to work on a collaborative response to the third sector as it was so badly impacted by COVID-19.

The network initially grew to over 500 student consultants working with 85 social impact organisations globally. Since then CSRN has been focusing it's efforts on Lebanon following the recent Beirut explosion and has also expanded their operations into Africa focusing first on projects in Rwanda, Zambia, Nigeria & Uganda.

Mentoring and support to help deliver social impact projects

Grayce discovers, develops and delivers top graduate talent to organisations nationwide, building capability in data and digital as a result. Our graduate Analysts work in a range of programmes across public and private sectors and will be working closely with CSRN to provide mentoring opportunities to their global network of 27 student-led consultancies. In addition, we'll also provide training opportunities aligned to our successful Development Programmes. Grayce will help streamline some of CSRNs operations through this model, to free them up to deliver more projects.

As of today, we have 19 mentors lined up to work with the CSRN student consultants. We'll help them deliver projects here in the UK and abroad, giving Grayce’s talented graduate Analysts the chance to use some of the skills they’ve developed at Grayce and give back.

Above all, we’re passionate about supporting the careers of graduates all over the UK. We look forward to helping unleash potential and harness the talent of many more people through our partnership with CSRN.
