Welcoming new CEO, Jo Matkin
As we close off another year in pursuit of our ambitious growth plans, we would like to inform the market that our CEO Geoff Smith is leaving to pursue new career opportunities in 2023. Geoff has led the evolution of Grayce through a period of significant growth and change seeing the business triple in size.
At the same time, we would like to welcome Jo Matkin as CEO. Jo brings a wealth of leadership expertise to help support our transition and continued growth, as we look to take Grayce forward with an exciting 2023 planned for our people and clients.
Geoff says “It has been my pleasure to lead the company for the last three years with such a fantastic proposition which has significantly evolved over this time. I know the future for Grayce will continue to be as successful. It’s the people, the values and culture that make it so special. I’m really pleased to be handing over to Jo Matkin who is a very capable leader and able to support the continuing growth journey”.
