First, we find the brightest graduate talent for our Development Programmes, then we deploy our Project Analysts to our clients’ change and transformation programmes, all whilst fast-tracking their development through our unique proposition. With now over 500 employees, we continue to grow our successful teams.

Our team of Talent Acquisition Officers play a vital role in this.

You’ll play a pivotal part in our mission to attract the best graduate talent to join our development programmes, supporting our end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate attraction to offer. Working with the broader team, you’ll also be crucial in supporting our Analysts as they begin their career journeys, working for Grayce at some of the nations’ most recognisable organisations.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • You’ll be fundamental in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate attraction to offer.
  • A crucial part of this is to ensure our people have the best possible recruitment experience, so you’ll need to respond to all candidate queries promptly and professionally, providing regular personal contact with future Grayce hires to ensure that they’re engaged and supported throughout.
  • Not only will you use your excellent communication skills when conducting interviews with candidates, but you’ll also use them in providing frequent written and verbal updates.
  • A great team player, you’ll work collaboratively with the broader team to match quality candidates to opportunities with Grayce clients, creating shortlists based on qualities and skillsets


  • At Grayce, we believe in succeeding together and you’ll be supporting teammates and working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Team and wider Grayce teams.
  • You’ll use your commercial acumen to provide the management team with regular updates on the Talent pipeline; identifying and communicating any risk
  • You’ll build strong relationships with Grayce Management Team, demonstrating strong attention to detail to ensure you fully understand their unique hiring requirements for each opportunity.
  • You’ll also collaborate with our talented Marketing Team to ensure no talent attraction strategy is missed.


  • Proactive in bringing new ideas forward for talent attraction campaigns.
  • Use influencing skills to ensure candidates understand the benefits of being flexible across multiple locations.
  • Utilising excellent attention to detail and written communication to create engaging and informative profiles for candidates joining the programme.
  • Excellent time management skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver within a deadline.
