The role

Grayce are looking for individuals who are looking to develop their analytical skills within a technical project.

You’ll have a keen interest in technology and excellent attention to detail which will enable you to understand existing systems used within a business and be able to understand the key requirements that a new system will need to meet.

This fast-paced role will also involve understanding what is impacting project delivery and making recommendations. Using a variety of tools, you will analyse and create key performance trackers. From supporting the implementation of new software systems, to rolling out regulatory changes, there is a wide scope to your work, and the opportunity to work with very senior influences in the energy and sustainability sector.

If you have strong communication and organisation skills, this opportunity at Grayce could offer you the chance to make your mark and progress quickly. As a highly analytical and inquisitive person, you’ll be working with global stakeholders within the energy sector, supporting large-scale projects.

Using written and verbal communication, you’ll be responsible for articulating your insights to senior stakeholders clearly and concisely. This will allow you to form excellent business relationships with key contacts quickly.

You will need:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject.
  • Experience previously with a variety of technical tools and systems.
  • Ideally you will have worked as a Business Analyst on a technical transformation project, but this isn’t essential.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High self-motivation.
  • Drive to continuously improve.
  • A logical mindset.
