The role

Do you have 6-12 months working in an Agile/Scrum environment? Are you a Scrum Master with an understanding of Agile & Scrum principles, as well as the software delivery life cycle?

As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be involved in the end to end delivery of the agile workstream. You will be responsible for a team, ensuring the timely delivery of products. Communication skills are essential as you will be the driving force for this delivery, requiring excellent planning, organisation and time management skills. No two projects are the same so you could be involved in Regulatory Change, Process Improvement, IT Transformation and Strategy.
