With now over 500 employees, we’re looking to develop our successful teams even further.
As part of our growth, we’re now looking to expand our HR team and recruit an HR Business Partner to help us deliver our ‘Good to Great’ People Strategy. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in Grayce, helping mature our HR practices as we continue on our exponential growth path.
Working closely with our leadership and management teams, you’ll build trusted relationships with these stakeholders providing expert advice and support in delivering a genuinely consultative service. You’ll use your people expertise to develop innovative HR solutions to help us realise our overall business strategy and continue our hyper-growth.
