The Role

Remote working, commutable to Manchester or London

Grayce was founded in 2012 with a belief in the value that emerging talent can bring to businesses. We aim to be the best fast-track developer of top graduate talent, enabling improved diversity of thought and delivery in digital transformation and change. With now over 500 employees, we’re looking to develop our successful teams even further.

As part of our growth, we’re now looking to expand our HR team and recruit an HR Business Partner to help us deliver our ‘Good to Great’ People Strategy. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in Grayce, helping mature our HR practices as we continue on our exponential growth path.

Working closely with our leadership and management teams, you’ll build trusted relationships with these stakeholders providing expert advice and support in delivering a genuinely consultative service. You’ll use your people expertise to develop innovative HR solutions to help us realise our overall business strategy and continue our hyper-growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building trusted relationships with leaders and managers across the business, providing strategic advice and expert support.
  • Developing our 3-year resource model supporting sustainable business growth.
  • Identifying future leaders as part of succession planning, promoting internal mobility and career progression to future proof the business.
  • Designing and embedding performance management practices, ensuring these are carried out consistently and in line with our values, supporting the development of high performing teams.
  • Developing our company policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and adoption.
  • Conducting market research and continuously evolving our employee value proposition in line with our progressive company ethos.
  • Leading and implementing change, from Good to Great People projects to Process Improvements.
  • Governing people risk, ensuring our people are supported, and our business is protected.
  • Adhering to robust HR processes and data management practices in line with GDPR Standards.
  • Promoting engagement, inclusion and well-being across our community, leading on initiatives including CSR, Wellbeing at Work and Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Promoting our culture and role modelling our values, keeping us honest

To Be Successful, You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Level 5+ CIPD Qualified
  • Ability to write and deliver creative, imaginative presentations to colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, with experience in building data modelling and skills matrixes.
  • A strategic thinker with strong planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to build robust working relationships quickly.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Political and commercial awareness.
