The role

If you have 6-12 months Change Analyst experience, enjoy working as part of a team, have a natural leadership style and strong planning and organisational skills, then this could be your next step into Change.

As a Change Analyst, you would have a hands-on role supervising or delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and delivery of change to ensure successful implementations. You will have elevated levels of responsibility identifying and preparing risk mitigation tactics for the team. Communication skills are essential as you will be the driving force for delivery, requiring excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
