The Delivery Manager at Grayce is a development professional who has demonstrated the ability to promote learning and development, build strong relationships and work collaboratively in a business change or technology environment.

Reporting in to the Grayce Senior Delivery Manager, the Delivery Manager is responsible for coaching Analysts to support high performance and work with Grayce clients to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities (not limited to) Circa: 35 – 40 Direct Reports

  • Delivering the Development Programme to Analysts following the programme guidelines ; coaching and mentoring Analysts to promote development, high performance, and personal career progression.
  • Liaising with client contacts to ensure our service is aligned to clients’ needs and Analyst performance meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Work alongside Grayce Client Partners to manage the client assignment lifecycle (setup, delivery and exit), including identifying any new client growth opportunities.
  • Managing Analyst performance, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating monthly performance and annual appraisal reviews for Analysts across all levels.
  • Attending team meetings, knowledge exchanges and regional social events.
  • Managing commercials through the procurement process e.g. statement of work / PO No.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across our existing client portfolio.
  • Performing interviews across all stages of the recruitment process for new Analysts joining the Development Programme.

What you need

  • Experience managing teams and performance management (performance reviews, appraisals).
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Experience with planning and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply professional judgement effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate operating models, organisational structure and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience building commercial relationships.
  • Experience with stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation.
  • Learning and development experience (training, coaching, mentoring).
  • Previous experience, or a strong understanding of, operating in a business change and transformation or technology environment.
  • Successful trouble-shooter – a pragmatic approach to designing and implementing real solutions.
