The role

Do you have an interest in all things communications? We’re looking for people with strong written communication skills who are passionate about telling stories. From turning complex information into a digestible format, to using empathy to understand your audience, no two days look the same in this Communications Analyst role.

Joining our Change+ graduate Development Programme, you’ll be working closely with your client’s Head of Business Change. Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing existing communications, focusing on key metrics and their impact
  • Supporting with preparation of reports, creating visuals and charts that help tell a story
  • Analysing of specific data at different stages of the corporate ‘in-house’ journey
  • Being an excel wizard
  • Collaborating with data experts (engineering, BI) to ensure that the client’s data quality is good, and enhance the data as necessary

What You Need

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Experience in Marketing, Content Creation or Videography would be ideal, but not essential.
  • Some previous relatable experience as an Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Plenty of self-motivated
  • An interest in business change
  • Drive to continuously improve
