The Client Partner at Grayce is a results-focused account management professional who has demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent commercial acumen and can build and maintain key relationships in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Working with some of the most recognisable organisations in the country, the Client Partner is responsible for account management and development in the world of technical transformation, identifying and converting future opportunities within our existing client base.  Reporting to the Practice Director and working in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll also ensure that excellent service is at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll do 

  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders across existing accounts
  • Understanding the client account and the business, identifying short term opportunities to maintain account numbers whilst also understanding the client’s longer-term talent and resourcing strategy to enable future growth
  • Establishing and building strategic partnerships with clients, managing existing relationships as well as identifying key stakeholders across other areas of the business
  • Gathering and understanding client requirements to match candidates with the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to maximise account development opportunities
  • Proactively working with recruitment to agree on strategic plans to balance supply with demand
  • Managing and maintaining excellent service standards
  • Co-ordinating and facilitating quarterly service review meetings and acting as the point of escalation on all service matters
  • Managing commercials through the procurement process, managing Master Service Level Agreements, existing statement of works and purchase orders
  • Attending account team meetings, knowledge exchanges and regional social events, promoting engagement
  • Supporting Business Development Managers across the sales cycle from nurture to conversion, e.g. attending new business meetings, supporting commercial, legal, compliance queries

What you need

  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build and develop relationships with Technology and Change stakeholders in large corporate environments
  • A good understanding of Technology, Data and Change programmes with the ability to discuss projects with assignment leads and hiring managers
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in identifying and converting new opportunities in existing accounts
  • Proven background in a service delivery function
  • Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify and open up warm opportunities
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good time management, interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Prior experience of operating in a consultancy model (Desirable)
