If we are early in the life cycle or blocked due to lack of environments or where deployment is ongoing, I will create test scenarios and test scripts based on requirements that have been handed over to the test team by the Business Analysts. I work within the People and Location Strategy Team to plan and organise the insourcing of ~1000 FTEs. My main responsibilities are creating trackers to measure progress of the project against forecasts and flag any issues to senior management. I'm responsible for guiding strategy and defining success within the FinTech & Tech team. Together, we're passionate about giving graduates the opportunities they need to deliver excellence on change and transformation projects across the country.
I work collaboratively with FinTech and Tech companies to understand their specific requirements and build a strategy that gives them capability where they need it most.
As Marketing Lead for the team, it's my responsibility to ensure we have the tools we need to effectively articulate our proposition to leading FinTech and Tech companies.
