We build tools and make process improvements for every step of the onboarding process, from corporate clients signing their contract to having the data for pension schemes and their members loaded onto the system. I'm responsible for facilitating the scrum ceremonies, helping solve the team’s blockers, and managing the project plan, key objectives, and identified risks.

I report directly to the Strategic Business Partner and work with senior stakeholders to build a centralised dashboard for IT strategic decision making. I'm supporting the Finance Team to better apportion project costs and track budgets; helping the HR Team to better capture FTE resource; and working with the Procurement Team to monitor contracts and suppliers. I use a range of tools, such as Power BI and SQL, to deliver excellence.
