Our process

We discover the brightest graduate talent with proven academic ability to kickstart their career with Grayce. What unites them is their ambitious, can-do attitude, proven academic ability and commitment to a career in change. We’ve got four steps in our selection process, that means we find the perfect people to deliver change, manage and manipulate data and develop software.


Every application is individually screened by a member of Grayce’s in-house Talent Team to ensure candidates meet our competitive entry requirements and have the relevant commercial awareness and acumen to start their careers in change, data and digital.

Video interview

We assess everyone against our Grayce DNA - attributes that will ensure our Analysts can add value to their clients from day one. Highly capable, adaptable, resilient, driven, committed and commercially aware.

Face-to-face interview

Candidates meet for a one-hour interview with the Grayce team. If you join the Change+ Development Programme we look for knowledge of change principles, good commercial awareness, and strong communication skills. Change+ interview process includes a presentation element, and an excel assessment. For those wanting to join our Data+ Development Programme, we look for strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and communication skills. To qualify for the Data+ Development Programme we ask candidates to prepare a short presentation using a data set, so we can see analytical skills in practice.

Client introduction

We find the perfect match between clients and candidates. Our Talent Team align candidates' skills with client requirements. Candidates and clients then meet face-to-face to ensure a strong cultural fit. Once the client is happy to bring the candidate into their teams, we formally offer the candidate a place on the Grayce Development Programme.
