I’m responsible for: Trailhead Sprints, encouraging networks/communities to participate in the campaign and hosting initial meetings. I support all Release Communications, helping to coordinate Salesforce release changes. I work as a liaison with Salesforce to understand what’s coming up from Salesforce.

Laura Swift, Grayce Analyst at Co-op

I’m responsible for supporting the adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I help to build knowledge and adoption of the various Marketing Cloud modules such as Einstein STO. I deliver change use case in Marketing Cloud and support administration.
