Chris Sellers

Chair of the Board

Chris is the Chair of the Board at Grayce supporting our business development strategy and ambitious growth plans. Chris has an impressive track record in helping businesses grow. As Non-Executive Director of Literacy Capital, Chris makes sure that Grayce is growing in a sustainable way that meets shareholder expectations.

Peter Busby

Non-Executive Director

Peter founded Grayce in 2012 and was CEO until 2020. He is a successful entrepreneur and active investor in high potential organisations. Previously Peter trained as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers and Lybrand before joining Andersen Consulting as a management consultant. He formed management consultancy Xayce with colleagues in 1997.

Geoff Smith


Geoff is our CEO, supporting graduates and giving them more choices, whilst driving strategic growth with clients. With 20+ years of experience managing international operations in the technical talent and business process outsourcing sectors, Geoff’s experience spans HR, training, outsourcing, digital transformation, IT Services, recruitment, programme management and consulting with organisations including IBM, Microsoft, BT, TCS, Capita and ManpowerGroup. Geoff has held programme, operational and transformational responsibilities for organisations with budgets of over £500m and international employee populations of over 10,000. Talent and training solutions remain a key passion and at the heart of all successful digital change projects.

Giles Reid

Board Director, Growth

Giles started his career on BOC Gases’ graduate programme. He is Grayce's Board member responsible for growth and has delivered business growth of 143% over the past two years. Grayce growth is his passion and has extensive experience working in high profile commercial roles at Capita and SAP. Giles is a trustee at West Horsley Place, a charity based in Surrey.

Paul Jezzard


Paul is our Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for all things ‘finance’ including the operational and financial strategy of the business. Paul has a wealth of experience across recruitment and consultancy sectors having spent the last 12 years operating in various board roles, providing financial leadership for organic and acquisition-led growth. Paul previously led a Management Buy-out (MBO) through private equity funding from Capita PLC in 2017.

Gemma Collins

Head of People

Gemma has full responsibility for the curation of the Development Programme and the HR function as our Head of People. Committed to people development, Gemma champions our values and community through her work. Her previous experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Business Change Manager at GE Capital and AJ Bell.

Melissa Burke

Infrastructure & Operations Director

Melissa is primarily responsible for operational infrastructure, efficiency and scalability, supporting our continued expansion, M&A integration, operational compliance and MI reporting. Melissa has worked with Grayce in a number of capacities, supporting clients and has experience delivering multi-million pound change programmes for a global pharmaceutical company.

Miranda Di Rosa

FinTech & Tech Practice Director

Miranda joined Grayce in 2015 as a Delivery Manager. Since then she has gone on to become a Client Partner, then Head of Region and later Regional Director for the South of England. Today, her role is to ensure the strategic growth of the FinTech & Tech Practice, working with clients to maximise their investment and maintain the level of service Grayce is known for. Miranda is also responsible for our delivery and mentoring model, the framework that ensures high-quality performance for all Analysts on-site. Miranda has senior experience working in HR roles across financial services and education industries.

Daniel Sutherland

Financial Services Practice Director

Daniel's background in change consultancy, built up over the past decade at EA Change Group, means he is well equipped to support our clients in the South as they look to build their talent pipelines. As Practice Director for Financial Services, Daniel helps business shape their talent plans and helps to deliver the Grayce solution.

Sam Vickerman

Retail Practice Director

Sam is an experienced Practice Director with a demonstrated history of supporting clients across Retail and Financial Services. With a background in change and operational leadership, Sam is a strong advocate of developing emergent talent to bridge the digital skills gap. She is proud to be an elected Governor of the Christie Hospital in Manchester.

Ruth Evans

Legal Services & Channel Partnerships Practice Director

Ruth brings over seven years of Contingent Workforce MSP experience for a global organisation where, more recently, client conversations have gained increasing focus on the ever-growing skills gap in the perm market and a need for a long-term solution to combat reliance on contractors. Ruth believes that Grayce Analysts are that solution! Through this role, Ruth is looking forward to, not only elping clients to solve their skills gaps in a cost-effective & IR35 compliant manner, but also supporting talented graduates to kickstart their careers.

Tom Clowes

Head of Technology

Bringing over 20 years experience in the IT industry, including engineering and management roles, Tom is improving Grayce’s technical architecture to support our continued expansion and shape technical aspects of our service lines. Previously, Tom was the Head of Service Delivery for award-winning, private Cloud Managed Service Provider and also Service Management Director for a global leader in IT professional resourcing, project services and managed services.

Peter Miller

Strategic Growth Consultant

Peter is an operations leader, with experience in the energy sector taking on senior roles across Shell and BP. Peter’s previous role in BP was as VP Transformation, leading a wholesale change of the North Sea business, linked with BP’s global 'reinvention' into a low-carbon, integrated energy company. Peter is supporting Grayce's expansion into the Scottish market and energy sector.

Vanessa is an expert in global talent acquisition and management services having spent over 20 years with Alexander Mann Solutions. Vanessa will assist our Channel Partner strategies, and provide advisory support for our development strategies.

Sarah Cockerill

Sarah is an experienced recruiter with oversight across the end-to-end recruitment for all of Grayce’s Development Programmes. Her primary focus is supporting talent acquisition for Grayce’s Insurance Practice, as well as Grayce’s Data+ programme, building relationships with people looking to start a career in data analysis and data science.

Harriet Hughes

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Harriet oversees the end-to-end recruitment of new talent across the Grayce programmes. Her primary focus is on the attraction, recruitment and retention of Analysts within Grayce’s Tech+ Programme. Harriet brings with her a candidate-focused approach, delivering an excellent candidate experience from the first point of contact through to securing a role within leading organisations. She prides herself on supporting the development of individuals passionate about a career in tech.

Emma Kingsmill

Talent Acquisition Officer

Emma brings 27 years of experience in Talent Aquisition, across both agency and managed service recruitment, previously working at Capita and often on high-volume campaigns. At Grayce, Emma works alongside our Strategic Growth Team to deliver their recruitment projects, facilitate pipeline planning, and implement efficient ways of working.

Jonathan Grice

Talent Attraction Manager

Jonathan brings to Grayce a diverse background, working in people-centric roles in the luxury apparel sector for many years across Europe, along with supporting strategic hires, talent development and attraction in both the public and private sectors. His passion for all things people sees him driving strategic hires at Grayce, identifying high-potential, experienced individuals for our Development Programmes, as well as diverse talent for our growing HQ Team.

Sudha is a dedicated people development professional with over 10 years' experience within the global professional services and software industry, as well as a strong first-hand understanding of the roles we offer our clients here at Grayce. She is passionate about graduate development, change and technology and enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge amongst the Analysts on Grayce's Development Programmes. In her previous role, Sudha also led the graduate enablement programme at Oracle, utilising her technical and project management skills to make the programme a success.

Richard’s focus is on helping others realise their potential. He has worked in the public, private and charitable sector as a learning and development consultant for many years. In his last role, Richard worked with graduates and apprentices in the finance sector. Caroline brings a wealth of experience in managing both entry-level Analysts and professional Consultants. She is committed to providing Analysts on the Grayce Development Programmes with a solid foundation of skills and best practice which will carry them through their careers. Previously, Caroline helped build and run the Technology Graduate Programme for Credit Suisse.

Andrew Fletcher

Delivery Manager

Andrew Fletcher, known as Fletch, started with Doris in 2016 as a Business Analyst on a Insurance Transformation Programme. He then joined the Doris HQ team as a Learning & Development Manager, driving enhancements to their development programmes. A key member of the Doris community, Fletch co-ran the BA Community of Practice, and set up the Doris Champions initiative, ensuring consistent and productive dialogue between all Analysts and the HQ team. Fletch brings his passion for Learning & Development to the Delivery Manager role.

Katherine Smart

Delivery Manager

Combining her project and programme management experience with her passion for people development, Katherine is committed to supporting graduates through the Grayce Development Programmes. Formerly an Analyst on the Programme, Katherine is able to empathise with the young professionals she supports, coaching them to reach their potential at Grayce.

Stacey previously worked at Worldpay supporting their New Acquiring Platform project and, over the last six years, has experienced first-hand the value that Grayce Analysts bring to their clients. She's now coaching them on their career journeys as a Grayce Delivery Manager. Prior to joining Grayce, Sarah established and led an award-winning L&D function for a Manchester-based events venue, before leading an award-winning graduate development programme, and subsequently Leadership and Management programmes for a large professional services firm. Sarah is responsible for managing the design and delivery of all of Grayce's graduate Development Programmes, and the ongoing strategy to ensure they continue to be market-leading.

Shelley Salti

Learning & Development Business Partner

Shelley brings over 10 years’ experience in Learning & Development, including coaching, mentoring and running leadership programmes. She works with resource managers across Grayce to strengthen our companywide Learning & Development strategy. Shelley keeps her finger on the pulse of L&D trends, designing and implementing training solutions which equip our Analysts with today’s in-demand skills and allow all of our people to reach their career goals.

With a change management and information security background, Jonathan has over 4 years’ experience in consultancy formerly working in the Energy, Banking and Legal sectors. As a Technical Coach, he is responsible for SME mentoring of emerging talent to support with career opportunities in software development, testing and information security.

Andy has a wealth of experience in CRM products across many varied industries: firstly, with Goldmine, then Microsoft Dynamics, and now with Salesforce. Training and coaching have always been a passion, and Andy feels blessed to have had the chance to meet so many great people whilst travelling to Europe, America, Dubai, Singapore and Tokyo, training and consulting companies. Formerly a Grayce Analyst, Roisin is a self-taught coder with a background in business change, data analysis and software development across financial and pharmaceutical sectors. Roisin has also helped develop the next generation of technical talent on the Grayce Data+ graduate Development Programme. Today, she is driving IT innovation at Grayce, including improving internal IT architecture and MI reporting processes.

Zain Khalid

Data+ Trainer

Zain has almost 10 years’ experience in Data Analytics, having previously worked for KPMG, Deloitte and, most recently, the BBC, in various data-centric roles. He has supported projects for a variety of clients across Finance, eCommerce, Digital, Media, Retail & Energy. Prior to Grayce, Tom worked within the Business Development, Strategy and Marketing teams at GlobalData Plc, HSBC and Spicerhaart.

Coming from a background in Biomedical Science, Charles aids the strategic growth of our Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Practice, whilst supporting Grayce's Analyst community. Helen is an experienced Finance professional, with a demonstrated history of working in all aspects of Financial Accounting. As our Financial Operations Lead, Helen reports directly to our CFO and is responsible for invoicing, cash collection, cashflow forecasting and accounts payable.

Ahmed Bhamjee

Financial Controller

ACCA qualified, Ahmed brings 15 years’ accountancy experience, having previously worked for two Fortune 500 companies, as well as being a Finance Manager for a SME business. Ahmed is responsible for all of Grayce’s management accounts and statutory obligations, alongside working closely with our investors and banking partners.

As our Finance Business Partner, Megan works directly with our Practice Directors to forecast and help track their performance. Before joining Grayce, Megan worked as Doris' Finance Manager for two years.

Alina Turzynski

Alina has over 26 years experience working in various sales and purchase ledger roles in different industries such as Chemical, Healthcare and Mental Health. She has worked as a Credit Controller for over 10 years in the metal industry and has now joined Grayce as an Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist the Finance Team as the business continues to grow.

Graduating with a First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance, Atifa is diligent, hardworking and organised. She excels within a multi-disciplinary team where she is responsible for all things Purchase Ledger, helping to support Grayce’s financial strategy.

Content Manager

Drawing on her background in journalism and project management, Bethany tells the Grayce story across the company's digital platforms. Creative Manager

Hollie is passionate about capturing attention and imagination through marketing, branding and design. Having worked as an Analyst with the Very Group and Swinton Insurance, helping our customers drive their internal communications and UX design, she is now responsible for shaping Grayce's visual brand identity.
