Chris is the Chairman of the Board at Grayce supporting our business development strategy and ambitious growth plans. Chris has an impressive track record in helping businesses grow. As Non-Executive Director of Literacy Capital, Chris makes sure that Grayce is growing in a sustainable way that meets shareholder expectations.

Geoff is our CEO, supporting graduates and giving them more choices, whilst driving strategic growth with clients. Geoff has extensive experience leading resourcing organisations, Capita and ManPower. Geoff delivers excellence, leading the team here at Grayce.

Paul is our Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for all things ‘finance’ including the operational and financial strategy of the business. Paul has a wealth of experience across recruitment and consultancy sectors having spent the last 12 years operating in various board roles, providing financial leadership for organic and acquisition-led growth. Paul previously led a Management Buy-out (MBO) through private equity funding from Capita PLC in 2017.

As the Sales and Marketing Director, Giles is focused on helping clients understand the value in Grayce's proposition. Grayce growth is his passion and has extensive experience working in high profile commercial roles at Capita and SAP. Giles is a trustee at West Horsley Place, a charity based in Surrey.

Miranda's role as a Regional Director means that she heads up the entire South region, ensuring our service levels are maintained and our people are deployed across our Southern client base. Miranda has experience working in HR roles across financial services and education industries. Miranda makes sure that service, people and growth align.

Melissa is chiefly responsible for operational infrastructure, efficiency and scalability, supporting our continued expansion, integration with Doris, compliance and MI reporting. She is a Grayce Alumnus, who spent three years in the Development Programme delivering multi-million pound change programmes for a global pharmaceutical company.

Lee joined Grayce in August 2019 and is responsible for driving strategic growth within the business across our Digital and Data capabilities. Lee also acts as Client Partner across a number of Strategic and Growth Accounts across the UK drawing on his 10 years of experience working in Management Consulting with Deloitte, KPMG and EY. He has worked extensively in the Financial Services sector with a focus on Transforming Operations through technology and cultural change.

Dan's background in change consultancy, built up over the past decade at EA Change Group, means he is well equipped to support our clients in the South as they look to build their talent pipelines. As a Client Partner in the South, Dan helps business shape their talent plans and helps to deliver the Grayce solution.

Gemma was our first ever Delivery Manager in 2014 and has since taken on full responsibility for the curation of the Development Programme and the HR function as our Head of People. Committed to people development, Gemma champions our values and community through her work. Her previous experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Business Change Manager at GE Capital and AJ Bell.

Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in both the retail and financial services industries. Engaging and professional, skilled in Operations & Change Delivery. At Grayce, Sam is Director of our Retail Practice.

Talent Team

An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry, Jessica has a strategic and results-driven mindset and experience in resource planning, attracting, identifying and securing top talent. She values building meaningful, lasting relationships and is passionate about building and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams.

An adept and amiable Recruitment Consultant, with experience as a Finance Analyst. Possessing a positive and consistent track record in the IT and services industry. Focused on providing a memorable customer experience and co-ordinating a supportive and efficient recruitment process for all of our candidates. Proficient in time management, customer service, relationship building and team leadership.


I'm a member of our Talent Acquisition Team who is passionate about people and supporting individuals to reach their career goals. With a background in HR, I believe that people are the most important aspect of any organisation and I'm here to support candidates throughout their employee life cycle at Grayce.

Harriet is one of our Talent Acquisition Officers, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process at Grayce. With a strong background in recruitment, Harriet is able to build working relationships with candidates to deliver an excellent candidate experience from the first point of contact through to securing a role with leading organisations.
Passionate about making a difference, Harriet goes above and beyond to set candidates up for success, offering support and advice to foster top talent.

People Services Team

Matt's focus is co-ordinating training and development for the Analysts on our graduate Development Programme. Before Grayce, Matt worked at Doris for six years across the Doris talent acquisition and service teams.



Delivery Managers


Certified Prince2 and Agile project manager, with four years’ experience in the Change Management industry and key expertise in leadership, planning and communication, brings a proven ability to deliver projects in tight timescales and cost and engages colleagues across global operations to the benefits of transformation and change.


Richard's focus has always been on helping other to realise their potential. Richard's experience as a learning and development professional spans the public, private and charitable sectors.




Finance Team

Helen is an experienced Finance professional, with a demonstrated history of working in all aspects of Financial Accounting. As our Financial Operations Lead, Helen reports directly to our CFO and is responsible for invoicing, cash collection, cashflow forecasting and accounts payable.

Financial Controller
As our Finance Business Partner, Megan works directly with our Practice Directors to forecast and help track their performance. Before joining Grayce, Megan worked as Doris' Finance Manager for around 2 years.
